In-Person ADOS-2 Evaluations: We offer in-home and clinic-based ADOS-2 assessments for families located within approximately 1.5 hours of ZIP codes 78676 and 78665, including: Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, and surrounding communities.

For families outside our local service area, we now offer secure online assessment options and virtual parent consultations throughout Texas and neighboring states. These sessions include caregiver interviews, standardized rating scales, and follow-up recommendations to guide next steps in care and support.

Parent Support & Consultations: We provide virtual parent support and consultation services to families throughout Texas. These sessions help parents identify their child’s needs, explore assessment options, and access personalized recommendations for school supports, community resources, and next steps in care.

In-person support is also available for families and individuals in the Wimberley, TX area, offering one-on-one guidance and direct collaboration with our clinicians.

Out-of-Network / Superbill Option
If your plan is not with Optum, we provide a superbill:
- Families pay for services at the time of the appointment.
- We provide a detailed statement with all billing codes.
- You can submit this superbill to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. Some insurers cover all or part of the services, while others may not.
Future Plans
